Sometimes our [:monolog] is simply too large or the room is too small. So we took the incentive to shrink [:monolog]Diamant without altering or loosing its qualities. The result is the smaller [:iponlog]Diamant:

Technically the small surrounTec speaker is not inferior to its larger brother: specifically tuned and damped ceramic drivers as well as the especially for us developed 30mm diamond tweeter from Thiel&Partner are installed. The acoustic baffle is almost 90mm thick. The cabinet is heavily matrix braced and of highest quality.

Also the phase coherent surrounTec™ filter comes to play. This only works because of the mechanical Time-Alignment of the drivers acoustical centers to the nearest millimeter and the adaptation of the “filters” to cater the special characteristics of the actually used/installed drivers in every very speaker. Therefore every [:ipon]HE is unique, just like the [:monolog]HEs. It goes without saying that the filter is also build by hand with the finest components from Mundorf (Supreme Silver/Gold/Oil) and Duelund. The whole signal path is carried out in ZenSati Series 1 copper/gold. The result is purity and neutrality. The [:iponlog]Diamant is not present at all whilst playing audio. It serves its purpose: a lifelike, unaltered highly precise music playback. It goes without saying that all build-in parts are also milled from the full aluminum block and receive a plasma ceramic coating. Even the reflex tubes are made from aluminum.

[:iponlog]Diamant can be driven with one amplifier per channel. For maximum dynamics and super low bass punch we recommend the equip the subwoofers with one analog 500Watt class D monoblock amplifier per side. These amplifiers have a fine power filter and a ring-core transformator for large power reserves and stable power supply. The level adjustment to the mid- and high tone section is done via a fully symmetrical analog level adjuster with 12 individually cascaded single resistors (!) which dampen the level by 1/2 dB each. The cooling fins are milled from the full aluminum block to guarantee maximum heat discharge. The input section is symmetrical XLR or chinch.

Furthermore we offer pure & true 200Watt class AB monoblock amplifiers for the mid- and high tone section. These amplifiers with their star layout are a guarantor for finest micro dynamics, unmatched resolution and speed via the shortest possible connection ways and "cost-no-object" design. The sieving is done with 90.000 micro farad, the 1KV ring-core transformator is handcrafted in Austria by Cheops Audio, all components are hand selected and measured ....
