[:monolog] is our reference system for professionals: F3 = 36Hz, up to 100dB the distortion factor is below 0.1%, absolute linear frequency-response between 40Hz and 40KHz. A 3way studio monitor system without any compromises in regards to precision, level stability, bass fundament, punch and speed. Ceramic pure packed into a matrix braced cabined. Over 100Hz the D’Appolito Design [:mono] studio monitor plays with two indestructible 8“ ceramic sandwich chassis and 30mm diamond or ceramic tweeter, below 100Hz our [:log]-module with two indestructible 11” ceramic sandwich chassis takes over (the diaphragm area equates to a 15” bass!).

[:monolog]C with 30mm ceramic tweeter is a sovereign speaker which effortless plays back very loud and gentle audio. From pianissimo to Callas, Stradivari to heavy metal – not a problem. The ideal main monitoring system for any production or post-production studio. [:monolog]C and [:ipon]diamond together yield our reference mastering system.

[:monolog]HE with 30mm diamond tweeter is a diva in every sense: open and beautiful if the input is good, hard and brutal if the material not as good. The diamond version of our [:monolog] system is only recommended for high-end mastering studios or musical enthusiast with the right surrounding. To get the maximum from the [:monolog]HE speaker system one should optimize the cabling and the power supply (simply because the system is that sensitive...).

[:monolog] is characterized by the gentle music hearing and working at low volumes. You will not miss bass or physicality or high tones. The complete frequency band is available at every level. The main attributes of every [:monolog] system are unmatched stress less and effortless listening, ultra neutral and unaltered audio reproduction with precise bass without any overlay effect, close to a perfect step response, true holographic transients, broad bandwidth (F3=36 Hz – Fmax > 60.000 Hz), well-balanced and homogeneous frequency response, wide sound radiation – no matter where you move your ears, the sound impression stays the same. In mono modus there is a razor-sharp phantom middle.
