[:ipon] is a active 2way near field monitor in D´Appolito design with optimized 2 x 7” Thiel&Partner Accuton ceramic chassis, analog 200 watt mono block amplifier and passive cross-over. [:ipon] is available in two different 30mm tweeter configurations:

[:ipon]C with ceramic tweeter was developed for near field monitoring in difficult rooms and in conjunction with medium size mixing consoles. Wherever you move your ears: the sound impression will always remain the same.

[:ipon]HE with 30mm diamond tweeter (also called "the scalpel") discloses every little detail. You will be astonished about all the things you suddenly can hear effortless.

[:ipon] is characterized by its detailed and transparent room mapping. The voices are slightly better compared to its larger brother [:mono] based on the smaller 7" chassis. The horizontal sound emitting is broad and yields a large sweet spot area. Due to the D´Appolito design the [:ipon] shows close to no distortions outside the hearing axis.

[:ipon] can be supplemented via any subwoofer. We recommend the usage of our [:log] module since it also features pure ceramic drivers and thus the sound impression is not altered through the subwoofer. We also offer two monitor stands for [:ipon]; the electrical powered [:base] and the acoustic stand [:column], filled with quartz sand and steel balls. We are happy to advise you in the finding of the right stand.
